Fine Art & Music

  The Micropolis Art Gallery, located inside Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market, will host an evening of fine art and music on Friday, November 6 from 5-7pm. This special show features works by more than 40 regional artists and music by Kelly Breczka (oboe) and Joshua Thompson (horn), marking a new partnership between Micropolis and Gloversville Community Music.

  Micropolis members have invited fellow artists to participate the the gallery's first "Twelve by Twelve Show." A collection of work created in diverse media will be included in the show- all 12" x 12" in size.

  Also on display will be paintings, drawings, photos, fiber art, batik, mixed media, woodwork, glass, digital art, floral art, sculpture, jewelry, and pottery. The show will run through the end of December.

  The gallery is open seven days a week. (MON-FRI/8AM-7PM - SAT/8AM-5PM - SUN/9AM-4PM).
