Free Chess Tournament

The Gloversville Recreation Commission will be having a free chess tournament. Open to players of all ages from anywhere, this tournament will be at the Senior Citizens' Center at 53 Church St, Gloversville on Saturday, July 6, with registration starting at 8:30 am. Games will be played in 8 player Swiss system sections with round 1 starting at 9am. Rounds 2 and 3 will start at 10 and 11am. Section winners will have a playoff after a short lunch break.
