Gloversville City Recreation

 The Gloversville Recreation Commission held their organizational meeting Thursday evening at City Hall. Bill Rowback was welcomed as the newest member of the commission. Nominations for the positions of Chair, Recording  Secretary, and Treasurer were made with  Jeffery Ashe, Helen Thompson, and B. Logan Barclay being elected respectively.

 The Commission would like to remind city residents that the Littauer Community Ice Rink on Union Street is open every day free of charge. Skate rentals are available for open skating on Wednesday and Saturday evenings from 5:00-8:00pm. Hot Cocoa and other concessions are available for sale during skate rental times. Additional rentals times will be posted on the Gloversville City Recreation Facebook page.
