Cooking and Baking Classes offered at Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market!
Elegant Desserts: Whisk, knead and frost your way through a comprehensive collection of delicious baked goods including Flourless Chocolate Cake (gluten free), Lemon Meringue Tarts, Babka Breads and Mousse. Learn techniques like tempering, folding and icing while baking up fresh breads, pastries and cakes. This event will be held May14 from 6-9pm at the Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market. The cost for this event is $20 and the instructor will be Deena Sisco, Chick & Hen Baking Co. Sign up in the store or by emailing manager@mohawkharvest.org *Advance payment of $20 required.
