This summer, the Gloversville Enlarged School District will offer free meals through the Summer Food Service Program to anyone 18 and younger who visits one of the two sites within the allotted times. There is no income requirement and participants do not have to be Gloversville residents.

As part of the program, breakfast and lunch will be provided free of charge at two sites on weekdays beginning July 7 and ending August 15.

Site 1: At Gloversville Middle School, 234 Lincoln St., breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 9 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Site 2: At Gloversville High School, 199 Lincoln St., breakfast will be served from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to noon.

The program is funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Those interested in receiving more information should contact Teal Carpenter at 518-775-5708.
