Snow Bank Removal

Following Mayor Dayton King's Facebook annoucement that he would seek approval from the Common Council to hire an outside contractor to remove snow banks, the Common Council and Kevin Jones, the Department of Public Works Director, decided at the meeting last night that the snow removal process will continue to be completed by the Department of Public Works.

Extended Skate Rental on Saturday

Skate rentals will be available this Saturday, February 7, from 1:00pm-8:00pm. The weather is suppose to get above the teens and into the mid-twenties throughout the day.

Valentine's Day Bourdoir

Justin Newkirk will host a Valentine's Day Cabaret at the Glove Performing Arts Center on February 6th at 7:00pm. General admission will be $8 at the door. Proceeds will go to the Save Our Stage fund.

Learn Conversational Spanish

This free weekly program at the Gloversville Public Library is a fun, interactive workshop to learn conversational Spanish. This is open to children, teens and adults. Classes will continue each Monday from 6:30pm-7:45pm through the end of March.
