Volunteer Firefighting

   Have you ever considered becoming a firefighter? You should! Here in Pleasant Square Fire Department, we have a diverse team of all ages, from a wide variety of backgrounds, who are committed to helping their community and growing together. We are happy to accept applicants for interior, exterior, fire police, and junior membership We work closely with neighboring departments to provide training to all our new members.

  If you're interested in stopping by to see if this would be a good fit for you, or just to meet our team, now is a great time! Our district covers the town of Johnstown between Meco and Mayfield, and we provide additional aid for those departments, and several other departments in the area as needed.
