From Tuesday November 10th until Tuesday November 24th any students presenting a current straight A report card will receive a free service at Fulton County Barbershop.
Fulton County Barbershop | in Local Business The Micropolis Art Gallery, located inside Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market, will host an evening of fine art and music on Friday, November 6 from 5-7pm. This special show features works by more than 40 regional artists and music by Kelly Breczka (oboe) and Joshua Thompson (horn), marking a new partnership between Micropolis and Gloversville Community Music.
Micropolis Art Gallery | in Events For the first time since 2011, Gloversville will host its rival Johnstown for the 88th time at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at Husky Field. Gloversville has won the past six meetings between the two districts, tying a series record. The Huskies lead this historic rivalry 42-38-7.
Gloversville High School | in Entertainment The Kingsborough Elementary School PTA Fall Fest is set for Saturday, Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is a community event with vendors, crafts, snacks, a Safe Child Table, face painting, games and fun for all. There will also be collecting non-perishable food items to donate to the district food bank.
