Gloversville Recreation Commission | in City News, Community The Gloversville Civic Band will perform at Melchoir Park on Kingsboro Avenue in Gloversville, Wednesday, July 23, at 7pm. The rain site will be the Glove Performing Arts Center. The program will include "Salute to America" Patriotic Band Tunes."
